- Bookings go overClosed Job looks for the customer by name, phone, and email before it creates anything, waits for records the marketplaces are still writing, then adds the estimate with the date, the assigned pro, the lead source, and tags.
- Changes come backA reschedule or a cancel made inside Housecall Pro updates the appointment in the setter's CRM, so both teams see the same calendar.
- Revenue comes backQuote sent, quote approved, job completed, and dollars are written back to the contact. Every booked appointment can be traced to the lead source that produced it.
